htc touch pro/raphael cell phone?

I am trying to decide on a phone. I was set on the lg voyager, but saw it in person, and saw how large it was and decided to keep looking. I saw a picture of the htc touch pro or raphael, and I really like it, but there a few questions I have. 1) Can this phone be bought and used in the United States 2) Can this phone be used with the T-mobile network, if not which network can it be used on? 3) How much is this phone or where can I purchase it? I have only seen it on e-bay.
