Hey, just recently got a new graphics card, stuck it in, put the 2, 6 - pin PCI connectors into the graphics card. Get the VGA cable from monitor, stick it on the VGA to DVI converter, stick it in the DVI port. We turn on computer, the fans spin, but there is no output to monitor. so then we tried another card in the slot and it worked fine.
At this point we sent the card back, but they tested it and it worked fine. So they are sending it back to us, what could be the problem?
The PSU is a 550W PSU. Also I have tried hooking it up to a TV with HDMI, still never worked.
