how would you cut vegetables (bell peppers and onions) for quesadillas?

Im cooking quesadillas and I dont know if I should chop the peppers and onions into small pieces or like strips?

I would dice them. If you're making faijitas, then I'd slice them into strips.

I would do strips and saute them until crisp tender then add to the quesadillas. Saute some jalapeno peppers along with the bell pepper and onions.

I would julienne the veggies (cut them into strips)
