I have an assignment for a college class that requires me to make a speech as the CEO of blackberry to the employees about the recent developments with the company. I was wondering how I should address the audience. Like should I be sympathetic, or just straight forward with them.
The recent developments are:
-1 billion dollar loss this quarter
-selling out inventory and layoffs of 4500 employees
-there is an investor wanting to buy blackberry (possibly saving them)
Yea so these factors affect how I address the employees so how should I adress them? PLS HELP!!
