Yesterday i was installing important updates on my laptop and it overheated and shut down on its own, it cannot be fixed by the system and it told me that I have to refresh it, I did it and now some of the programs namely the graphic cards have been 'removed' from it as well as other things such as MS office. What I want to know is if I restore my laptop to the factory setting will I get the graphic cards running again?
