How to update my android apps?

Before factory resetting my HTC Legend I backed up my android apps using Astro File Manager. After resetting I installed back those apps succesfully. However since then, they do not appear on Play Store under My Apps, therefore I cannot update them. Should I uninstall them and reinstall them one-by-one from Play Store or is any better solution?

Yes, you should. That's probably the only way you can fix it. Happened to me once. That's the reason why I uninstalled Titanium Backup.
