how to talk to crush at karate?

I have a crush on a guy at karate but were not aloud to talk to each other unless it's partner work we are the same age but he is an assistant so I can't talk to him or pick him as a partner unless I'm the last one up so I could either give him my phone # or email but how do i do that without making it obvious that i have a crush on him. ( thats my question)
