I have 6 linksys wifi routers (on walls) with IP addresses :

192.168.2.1
192.168.3.1
192.168.4.1
192.168.5.1
192.168.6.1
192.168.7.1

Then I have a another broadband router connected to Internet . Its IP address is 192.168.8.1 , this is also the DHCP server for allocating IP addresses to all users. This router connects to internet via PPOE.

All the routers are located in various parts of office building but all are connected centrally to a data switch. Eevry router has a routing table such as (e.g. for 192.168.4.1)

Dest : 192.168.2.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.3.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.4.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.5.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.6.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.7.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1
Dest : 192.168.8.0 Subnetmask : 255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.4.1

Now , when a user connects via wifi, he gets IP in the series of 192.168.8.x allocated by DHCP of broadband router 192.168.8.1

I want to make 192.168.4.1 as the DHCP server so that all users get 192.168.4.x series IPs because 192.168.4.1 router has better access control. And How do I then connect 192.168.4.1 with broadband router 192.168.8.1

So how do I do that while keeping the broadband router 192.168.8.1 as the one which connects to the internet (because this router was provided by the service provider / ISP)

I do not want to keep any PC as proxy server or for any use so make things simple.

Internet works fine with 8.x series currently.
The broadband router 192.168.8.1 is UTstarcom WA3002G4
