How to jailbreak ios 6.1.3 on iPhone 4S?

Sorry, if you don't have an iPhone 4, the jailbreaking team said you have to wait till iOS 7 releases.

They want to wait for iOS 7 because Apple keeps patching up their exploits with every software update. So if they released a 6.1.3 jailbreak, Apple would make iOS 7 harder to jailbreak.

Keep following their blog after iOS 7 release. You can't downgrade either. Downgrading requires an exploit and cannot be done on 4S
