My mom gave this phone and it is locked!!! When I insert my sim card and turned on, the screen and it said "Insert Sim" so it turns out that it is locked!! It says too many password attempts and to enter my google account. I made an google account and it still didn't work!!! I don't want to end up empty handed on this one!! How do I unlock this phone? I searched everywhere online in vein and I could not find a way to fix it!!! Please help, I don't want to be out $150 for this phone! Thanks!! I even tried to reformat my phone but nothing happend and update its software but it seems it didn't work out. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP ME.
