We recently got my step-daughter a DSI about 6 months ago, and it is now having the issue with an Error Screen saying "An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo Dsi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting." I looked online and it just gave me some nonsense about checking the game cart, all her games are legit, we don't us an R4 card or anything, and we don't buy pirated games (and for some odd reason I doubt someone would waste the cartridge pirating these stupid kids games). I can't get into any of the options menus right now and can't get it to hard reset any idea on how to fix it. I don't want to take the battery out. Does anyone know what is causing this?
