I have tried to reset my phone a lot of time but nothing happened. I also tried the method where you connect your phone [without a battery] into a PC then using the Blackberry desktop manager, I used 'App loader' then start an update and a dialog box appears that says either "Connecting to reboot" or "Connecting to JVM" it takes very long and does not even load but it then fails. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? PLS. I NEED HELP...
