How to edit the style of all the tables in a word2007 file?

I have encountered the following problem in using word2007 for a couple of times. I wondered if you have any suggestions.

I have a word file including a couple of, say, 7 tables. I would like to change all the 7 tables style or format into a same format, such as changing the border and shading, and changing the tables location into "auto to window". So far I just change the tables one by one. It is kind of tedious.

Is there any easy way to edit all the tables format all together, instead of one by one?
