I recently lost my phone and i want to switch to a Keybo. When i went into the store to get it switched the person said whatever i do it will be $35. I used to do it all the time on the computer for free. She said i should just buy a new phone with a new number. Which i do not want to do. When i go to the website i get to step 3 but there is no continue button. I do not want to have to go to back to the store and deal with those people, I was wondering if you could do it over the phone for free or something. Thanks
