How to calculate total downloads of a torrent torrent (in a day or week) if you

know how many seeds & leeches? So for example, I'm looking at a tracker for a torrent of the most recent episode of family guy which currently has 12,000 seeders and 5,000 leechers. Is this per second?? Because assuming the download finishes in about 30 minutes, wouldnt that mean that it is downloaded about 240,000 times per day?

Sites like mininova list a "Downloaded" option, but I assume that is only from the mininova site, not every completed download from every tracker, right?

This isn't for help pirating, it's kind of a research project I'm doing on my own!
