How old do you have to be to get a membership at lifetime fitness?

Because my daughter really wants a membership & her friend's mom said she would take her with them whenever they went so i didn't have to. I don't want to sign up for a membership myself, but i would like to sign her up.

Usually there is an age limit. Our gym is 15 with parent or gaurdian. You would have to check
