A friend of mine is trying to sell me his bike. It doesn't look the greatest, but it is legal and fully operational. He said he could make it look brand new if I didn't mind paying extra. I'm just not sure how much a bike like his would cost, so I'm not sure if he's giving me a good deal on it.
I've never owned or ridden a bike, but I plan on learning and getting a motorcycle license prior to purchasing.
