whether its muscle or whatever i d c.. im 17, i weigh 145 give or take.. 5'9 tall
i workout everyday for football and im always active and my metabolism is very high or so i think..
i take protein shakes, have a mixed diet of whatever i really want.. and that consists of a lot of healthy things.. but also unhealthy.
so what do i need to do to gain weight?
and get taller?
