...weeks, and I'm still getting benefits)? I've been off the fish oil for about 2-3 weeks, and before I got on it I would have dry eye, and dry skin if I didn't drink water constantly. After I started the fish oil and remained on it for about 1 week 1/2 to 2 weeks, I drank only 2 bottles of water and still had great skin; like I had much better water retention all throughout my body. My dry eyes were pretty much cured to. Now I've stopped taking it for some side effects and I'm still getting the benefits after being off of it for 2-3 weeks. How much longer will these effects remain and how long will the fish oil stay in my body?
