when i try to run msconfig on the windows dvd cmd it says "not recognized as and internal or external command etc. im trying to fix my windows vista,it will not boot up correctly it jus goes to a black screen with the mouse arrow,ive tried system restore but theres no restore points,all the safe modes dont work,last configuration doesnt work,chkdsk and offline sfc/scannow and start up repair,didnt fix it,whatelse should i do?
