How do you connect a DVD/TV combo to a regular TV?

I have a Toshiba DVD/TV combination and want to connect it to a regular TV. Now this TV has no Red, White, and yellow connectors. It is very old. But I do have an adapter for it. Just want to know if this is possible.
The older TV has no remote so I can only stay on channels.

If you are thinking of using the DVD player from the combo on another telly then the answer is - you can't. These combination units are completely self-contained and the DVD player part is not designed to be used as "separates". This is one reason why they are not really good things to buy (if one part fails then you're left with a "lump").

The red white and yellow connectors on the Toshiba are Audio Right, Audio Left and Video input connectors only. They are intended for you to connect a camera and do not provide any output signals.

Presumably your old television has a SCART socket and the "adaptor" which you mention fits that socket. It won't help because the Toshiba combo cannot give you an output.
