How do you calm down a female border collie after she has been neutered/spayed?

Generally, I have to exercise my pup quite a lot, as she is extremely active. But the vet has said there should be no exercise, play or jumping for at least the next three days. How will I manage this?!

When the dog is a Female she has been Spayed. And she should actually stay calm because of the anesthetic the vet gave her. Just try to keep her calm and give her a comfy, quiet spot to sleep in. Also call your vet for advice as well.
