How do u delete ringtones of your htc wildfire? ?

I have tryed everything, my fone managed to download an entire south park soundboard wen i only clicked on a few cartman tones, they are not in my sd card or mp3 playerp they just seem to be in the part were u can change your ringtone but not may notifactions.
