How do set up an ipad to act as a bluetooth keyboard and trackpad for a mac mini?

I have an ethernet connection so no wifi. I want to set up an ipad to use it as a keyboard and trackpad. The mac mini is hooked up to a monitor and the ipad would just be used to control the mac mini. Then when I want something portable I just use the ipad.

use a app called touch mouse if you cant find it just serch for remote or sompthing like it
