I'm trying to print address labels on my Epson R800 printer. Last time we printed, we were doing some DVDs. I can't find where to turn off the CD/DVD printing in Word. When I go to print I am selecting "Properties" and making sure it says "sheet." Then I'm going to "Word Options" or "Options" on the Print window and selecting "sheet," but it still won't print. It still thinks I'm printing CDs/DVDs. Help!
