How do I transfer contacts from a nokia 7610 Supernova to the New sony ericsson x10i?

I have just got the new sony ericsson x10i on o2, I am trying to transfer my contacts from my Nokia to my sony ericcson. When I copy or move my contacts on my nokia phone to the sim card it only copies the contacts name and one number and alot of my contacts have a mobile number and a landline number so this doesnt work, I tried o2 bluebook but again it only backs up the one number. Does anyone know if there is a pc suite which I can download which transfers contacts between 2 phones which are different makes? Or if there is any other sollutions.
