Even though I had a surge protector, the computer still got fried when the power went out. Now I am trying to recover all of my music. I know I should have backed them up, and I did- but only the ones I didn't buy on iTunes. I tried STORE>AVAILABLE DOWNLOADS and the only thing I got out of that was a digital booklet. I tried to get help on the Apple site but it wont let me do that either! What am I doing wrong? Help!!!!!!!!
