How do chinese are hacking easily all microprocessor based gadgets?

In previous year I seemed Chinese's made phone they have made it same like a Nokia N series, But only the name and speed little bit defers and quality we know after six month we have to extract it, how they hack this, Nokia is doing the same preparation with 100 of engineers but they are hacking is not a matter they are re created with it another one chip that's how possible without large and deep lab setup.

Is chines government gives indirect support to do everything hack and also for black market

Well they are not stupid. Over the years they (Chinese companies) have bought up or bought into major IT companies which make routers, anti virus software and server componants. Not hard to manipulate the system when you own the source code.
