Apr 18, 2013 #2 A adam Active member May 15, 2008 1,217 0 36 What is the "red x"? Is that what comes up when you plug it in? Try a different charger, a different USB cable, and maybe a different wall socket. If nothing works, you may have to contact Samsung. Is the tablet still under warranty?
