how can i send a picture from my computer to a tmobil phone?

I tried to send a picture from my pc to a tmobil phone but when i click on send it says that the host could not be found.what are the servers for yahoo.

Address your email to [email protected], replacing the numbers with the phone number of the person you are sending it to. Attach the picture. The phone will not receive it if it does not subscribe to picture messaging from T-Mobile, though.
