Well using www.aqadvisor.com i put in a 29 gallon tall and it was at 76% stocking level with a penguin 150b filter just because you needed one but it said that would be okay. I actually use that filter on my 20L saltwater tank and it does great. So I would say 29 gallon tall is fair for all 19 fish but the bigger the better
