I tried my iPod out in the car today, plugged it into the CD player which has an AUX input available... but the sound quality was so bad. Often you couldn't hear lyrics and just guitar and sometimes it would leave out the bass, etc. It was just bad all round, is this common with using an AUX input? Is there a better way to get good quality sound from an iPod into your car? Or is it something to do with the cars speaker systems instead?
