HIDS questions for my truck?

I currently am running 4300k sylvania zXe headlight in my truck and I'm wondering if I should install HIDS. I myself like the blue headlights alot but except people you need projector lamps for them to work best. I don't feel like installing projectors because I have spent $120 on replacing the oem headlight housing lamps and parking lamps on my dodge Dakota because the old ones were yellow. Im thinking about installing 6000k HIDS on my truck because I feel 6000k aren't to blinding. So are 6000k HIDS worth it and also are yellow foglights legal in pa
