The warranty is given by the manufacturer so you will have to call the company that made the headset and find out if they use third party repair centers, or if you have to send it back to them. I would take it back to where you purchased it, with the receipt and packaging, and tell them the problem. You should not have to pay for a damaged headset out the box. There should be a return policy of 30- 60 days.
