No it wont there is a different between the Internet and the www (world wide web).
This in short is the Internet is a bunch of computers original what we would call a network today, so you cant desolve that as many millions have a computer
www. is what we see such as this page so if every one in the world stop and took down there site from servers and never did any other work or add to it then, sure but this would never happen, to much e commerce would be affected!
