Everytime I buy a 10.00$ telus prepaid phone card, it says I have $9.97 or sometimes $7.00 but never $10.00. I have the messaging plan thing on my phone for 250 text messages for $5.00 and I never go over my texts because when It says I have 50 texts left I buy another prepaid card but it only says I have an amount less than $10.00. This has been happening for 2-3weeks now and I am sick of it. All of my money is gone....Help please??
