Help with bluetooth program?

well, i just recently discovered the vast powers of bluetooth. However, it would be sweet if you of you can give me a program that connects to my phone using bluetooth. i dont have a usb cable so dont bring that up. i think that you are able to transfer files using just bluetooth. but how? thanks!
remember, i dont have a usb so check your answer again to see if it involves an usb cable.

try transfering files with a friend that hasn't been bought from your phone company because your phone company doesn't let you bluetooth and of their material that was bought such as ringtones,wallpapers and stuff like that.......if its ringtones you want from using bluetooth I kno a site that lets you create your own but the only catch is you need internet on your phone to download the tone but everyting else is free....th site is www.cellware.com
