Help with a physical description for a character?

The best I can describe her appearance is similar to that of the actress Shailene Woodley. I know, I know - she's not spot on. However, the character is BASED off her appearance. I'm horrible at finding unique ways to describe characters, so I need some help. Nothing like three paragraphs of description, just some unique ways to describe her so the character get's the general idea of what she looks like.

1. Face shape
2. Skin color
3. Eye color
4. hairstyle and length
5. Body type
6. Whatever else

But dammit that chick is just... dammit.
