Help why cant i watch youtube video?

do they put flash for free online?
ok when i go to get the flash in their site it says

i cant get it i need

Watching youtube can depend on your internet connectin, but if they are showing that message you must have a very old version. I would just download it off the site, it's free and doesnt harm your computer.
