Help me about membership website topics?

Hi,

I am a web researcher since 4 years. I am so much interested to create a membership Wordpress website. I want to charge peoples for my content. Specically I want to create a directory website with one topic. I will gather website url, location, review, email, phone, map and other various info. So people will subscribe for those info and people will paid me. So that people will subscribe my service for 29.95/mo for standard, 39.95/mo for Pro mermbership etc.

So I need good suggestion about topic selection. I tried to search google but still need experts and peoples suggestion.

Can you please give me some ideas which topics are mostly important for membership website?

(e.g: All hotels in USA
(e.g 2: All artists in USA
(e.g3: all female models in usa
(e.g: All schools in usa

I tells this topics as an example. But please tell me which business service is most important. Please suggest me.

Then I will accept one topic for my membership website. Tell me most iportant topics what people likes and find internet and they really need.
