HELP! I wiped my blackberry and my os is gone!?

I couldn't update to os6 and a device wipe was suggested using a 3rd party program. i wiped it and tried to load os6 but it didn't work, so i tried to restore my device but my phone keeps booting up to a whites screen and the "Reload Software: 507" problem. please help!

download blackberry desktop manager on ur pc or laptop and plug ur phone in and just add a software from it to ur phone. all instructions will be there

Call your carrier and have them connect you to rim. Otherwise call rim at 18772552377 in usa uk 08091007466. Europe +447153558400. Worldwide +16474261108. Or [email protected]. Error 507 means you have no operating system and you have to reload the os with desktop manager. You should have used this to upload to os 6 not a 3rd party app. But it can be fixed with rim guiding you. They helped me wipe and restore os. You can also try crackberry forums for help.but are better off getting to rim
