ive promised a friend i will make a 18th birthday cake, a sponge one, but every time i make one it turns out to be a bit greasy, ive tried the usual recipe, 4oz of flour and sugar 2oz of marge 2 eggs but find that's the worse one, i need a cake recipe that's light and not greasy, any advice will be greatly appreciated
