Nokia 808 Pure View is the last Nokia phone to run Nokia Belle(earlier known as Symbian Belle), so has Nokia ditched this platform to focus on Windows Phone products?

they havent made a final decision yet. Despite the over inflated hype, the lumias arent as popular as nokia hoped they would be. They have said that they would continue developing and supporting symbian til atleast 2016 and then make a decision. Even if they do decide to ditch it, companies are already in place to continue it and it will live on regardless.
Anything else is just a rumour.

Technically they already have ditched Symbian considering how they outsourced Symbian to Accenture which means they don't make it anymore. And since they no longer make Symbian phones, it does pretty much show the end of Symbian. I mean, last few updates were mainly just fixes and improvements.

It's said that Nokia is working on an entirely new OS in case Windows Phone fails based on rumours that is. But I doubt that, the way Elop is going. Getting another platform on to their devices are more likely to happen though.
