Has anyone bought Legally Blonde the Musical on DVD?

There is a link on MTV.com that leads to ioffer to buy Legally Blonde the Musical on DVD. I was wondering if this was a safe/legit way to buy the DVD.

There is not a legitimate dvd pressing, the soundtrack and the two feature films.
ioffer.com has a lot of pirated movies.
