Hi, I am appointed for a b2 visa with my wife and two small kids next week in Kolkatta. Just want to know everyones review in my case...My sister is sponsoring me and is in usa as a citizen and my father mother were holding green card but now they have surrendered their green card and got 10 years visa stamped. when my mom was having green card she filed a immigrant petetion for me, by the time my case was called for the petetion i was married and having kids and due to which i didnt reply when the case was called and my case got closed and this was baout five six years back.
I am now applying for b2 visa and my sister is married there since last 20 years and I have never visited her. Have travelled to singapore malaysia before and six years back to pakistan (pilgrimage visa for 10 days), what would be the chances?? i am very much tensed for my case!!!!
