Good laptop under $500 with 4GB+ RAM, DVD Drive, and 2.4GHz Dual Core Processor?

Im looking for a decent laptop around $250-$350 ($500 max) that is able to to play Call of Duty (2.4GHz dual core, a DVD drive, and at least 4GB) and run things like Sony Vegas Pro 12 smoothly. If you want/need to know, my current specs are:

Acer Aspire 5515
AMD Athlon Processor 2650e 1.60GHz
3GB RAM
69.5GB HDD
32-Bit
Windows Vista Home Basic SP2

Right now the fastest cpu for laptop would be AMD A Series. This kind of CPU included GPU which is amazing. I would Suggest.
