Getting Photos Off Your LG Shine?

Does anyone know if its possible to get pics off your LG Shine? I have a USB conector cord but it doesn't show up in "my computer" and I think its used only for music, I guess a real question, is if its even possible?
ok is it possible if I have the most simple things on my phone, because my parents wont let me pay for anythign else, so no email and no bluetooth

email them or use the sd card (if u hav a card reader)

A.Use a microSD card.

B. Text or email the picture to your email.

C. Send it through bluetooth.
