gender prediction at 13 weeks?

ok, i just asked this, but no one really told me if they had a prediction this early. I had an ultrasound this morning, and the technician said that he is pretty confident it is a girl. Im only 13 weeks. I was surprised when he said that he could even tell us. I know there is a chance its an error, and im not planning on buying all pink until my 20 week scan. I want to know if anyone has had a prediction this early, and how it turned out!
