I have to answer this essay question for my BA philosophy assignment but I'm not sure how to go about planning and answering it. -It's 1500 words
Has anyone got any idea as to how I can construct a good plan for it??
...I'm not looking for a one line answer to the question as such.
I would like someone to offer an example PLAN, please.

Shouldn't you have some text to go along with? our freedom is determined solely by who we communicate with. aristotle believed we are zoon politikon (political animals) and so we interact socially, but since we are polotical animals our freedoms are limited. You have two forces, freedom and freedom to live. freedom is being able to anything at any time, freedom to live living with confines meant to protect us. read The Nicomachean Ethics
