The minicamp, which starts Friday, consists of the Colts' selections in this year's NFL draft, the nine undrafted players they signed after the draft and any players present on a tryout basis. Kelly gained notoriety last year not because of his skills on the field, but more so his antics one night following former teammate Von Miller's Halloween party.
